FixNow is committed to making our service usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want booking a repair — or signing up as a pro — to work well with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.

Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we test as we build, and some areas may not yet fully meet the standard. Where we fall short, we will prioritize a fix.

What we do

• Semantic headings, labelled form fields, and visible focus states.
• Colour contrast and text sizing checked against WCAG AA.
• Keyboard-operable navigation and controls.
• Alternatives provided where a feature relies on a map or image.
